SR-5481 High-Temperature and High-Shear Rate Apparent Viscosity Tester by Multicell Capillary Viscometer

SR-5481 high-temperature and high-shear rate viscosity tester (HTHS) is designed and manufactured in accordance with SH/T0703 and ASTM D5481 Standard Test Method for Measuring Apparent Viscosity at High-Temperature and High-Shear Rate by Multicell Capillary Viscometer. It is used to measure the viscosity value of engine oil under high temperature and high shear conditions. Under constant temperature condition of 150°C, the oil sample in the injection tube is injected and scalared through an air pump connected to the injection tube, and flows through a 0.15mm inner diameter capillary tube under an inert gas pressure of 0.5-3.5MPa to simulate the practical application situation of high temperature and high shear conditions. The experiment automatically records the duration and experimental stable air pressure, and automatically calculates the high temperature and high shear viscosity value of the oil sample to be measured.
