SR-TCO Transformer OLTC Online Oil Filter System

SR-TCO transformer on load tap changer online oil filter system is used to be installed near to the power transformer to purify the oil in the voltage regulator switch room. Frequent switching of the oil in the regulator switch room will induce arcs, resulting in the generation of carbon and various solid impurities. In addition, the oil will absorb atmospheric moisture and produce degradation products such as organic acids, which will reduce the voltage resistance of the insulating oil and deteriorate the arc extinguishing effect, thereby damaging the contact piece, and the carbon and metal particles will also increase significantly. In order to solve the above various oil degradation problems, we developed this online oil filter system to perform regular online purification of the oil without power outages to ensure the normal operation of the voltage regulator.
